Section policies

EconoQuantum has two sections, the first dedicated to “Articles” and the second to “Supplements”.

* The “Articles” section includes new, unpublished academics papers that not only emphasize the use of quantitative methods on the analysis of phenomena in the fields of economics and finance, but also employ advanced or innovative techniques.

* The “Supplements” section does not prioritize the formal use of quantitative methods of analysis. However, the works included in this section must meet the academic quality requirements that the journal requires. Examples of works that can be included in this section are: updated bibliographic reviews on a certain economic or finance topic; and non-technical language presentations of economic theories or models that can serve as a study guide for non-specialists in economic topics, students or researchers from other areas.

Studies that are not accepted in EconoQuantum are: book reviews, case studies, essays, theoretical models with no empirical fundamentals.
